Quality Control   Since a company is known by the products it makes, we take special care at every stage of the manufacturing process to make sure that nothing is left to chance. We believe in doing things right the first time, thus eliminating all the trials and errors in the system. Here's a foolproof plan of how we ensure that quality is an integral part of production system.   Raw material Inspection   We test all the raw materials for all the parameters and according to the Test Reports, the end products are either "RELEASED" or "REJECTED", based on the method of random sampling. We maintain a detailed record of the entire method carried out by us.   ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In Process Inspection   We supply high quality security Holograms in the form of stickers, hot stamping foil, sleeves, etc. Besides we can also provide Holograms with Ultra Violet (UV)-readable secret features. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finished Products Inspection     Before we actually dispatch the products, we pick random samples of the finished products and they are scrutinized for any defect, whatsoever. Depending on whether they are okay or defective, we give our approvals such as "RELEASED", or "REJECTED", or the consignment is called back. In certain cases, we even create simulated end use conditions in the laboratory, where our qualified chemists do the needful.
